Jason has been actively involved in the Northwest Arkansas business community since his graduation from the University of Arkansas Walton College of Business. A lifelong resident of Northwest Arkansas, Jason prides himself on his knowledge of the inside workings of the business world of Northwest Arkansas. Prior to the creation of 1st Employment, Jason was the director of sales for The Staffing Factor for three years and then operations manager for the Northwest Arkansas branches of FirstStaff, Inc.
Jason’s commitment to human resources and to the business community of Northwest Arkansas creates a win-win situation for both his employees and his customers. Jason has learned to lead by example at 1st Employment, pushing all to excel and exceed expectations. In leading the creation of 1st Employment, Jason asked himself the essential questions: How can we improve our efficiency? How can we make our customers even more satisfied? How can we make 1st Employment the leader in direct and temporary to permanent staffing? How can we take 1st Employment to the next level? How do we find a way to be responsible and dependable with our customers’ best interest at the forefront of every decision we make? The answers to these questions have led to an organization that supports career goals and business goals.
Jason is active in Big Brothers/Big Sisters, as well as Northside Rotary, NOARK (Northwest Arkansas Human Resource Association), the Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Fayetteville, and the Central United Methodist Church.

Bob is also a life long resident of Northwest Arkansas and has been in the business world for 50 plus years. After graduating from the University of Arkansas with a degree in Accounting, Bob got some corporate experience and then established a family business in farm equipment which operated four locations before becoming a real estate broker. One of the former sites for the farm equipment business is now the new Sam’s Club in Fayetteville Arkansas. Since 2009, Bob has been one of the owners of Legend Realty located in Northwest Arkansas. He also has an auctioneer’s license, is a member of the Washington County Planning Commission, and is a Member of the Board of the Bank of Fayetteville.
Bob is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Central United Methodist Church, a nomination committee member for Ozarks Electric, and a former board member with J.I. Case and Company.

Jacqueline is a Professional in Human Resources with seven years of experience in Human Resources, nine years in Training and Development and extensive background in developing company policies and procedures. She’s customer service oriented and highly organized team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
