This position is primarily responsible for assisting the Statement Auditors that are conducting statement solicitations.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

·         Responsible for assisting Statement Auditors in the following tasks:

·         Identify and Key credits from supplier statements within the guidelines set out for the

·         audit.

·         Create and email authorization requests (approval forms) for any credits within scope.

·         Initiate required follow up phone calls and or emails to vendors for any authorization

·         requests (approval forms) not returned.

·         Make phone calls to vendors for current contacts and statement requests.

·         Saving incoming emails into the TRACER system.

·         Update and maintain vendor contacts in TRACER.

·         Other duties as may be assigned by BASC Director

·         Competencies:

Language skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as supplier statements,

purchase orders, credit memo’s etc. Ability to speak effectively in a group setting

(training sessions/conference calls). It is expected to be fluent in English and any

additional languages spoken are a plus.

 

Education and/or Experience:

It is preferred for the ideal candidate to have:

Minimum of two years of college or university study and/or two to four years of related

experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

Computer Skills:

Proficiency in the following software: Word processing (Microsoft Word), Spreadsheets

(Microsoft Excel) at an intermediate level, Internet Search Engines and Email (Outlook). Abilities

in Database (Microsoft Access) is a plus. It would be advantageous to become a subject matter

expert in the supplier solicitation process including the use of TRACER. Experience working with SAP, JD Edwards, and Oracle is a plus.

ENGINEERING ADMINISTRATOR

 

Reports to the Manager of Manufacturing Engineering.  This position is responsible for the controlled documentation throughout the organization. Ensures the accuracy of all vital documentation used within the organization.

 

Primary Responsibilities

·         Create, publish and maintain all controlled documents within the organization.

·         Maintains reports for tracking progress of Capital Projects.

·         Create, publish and maintain all documentation that supports Manufacturing and Shipping operations, including:

·         Safety Documents: PPE requirements, Job Safety Analysis, and Lock Out Instructions.

·         Quality Documents: Purchased Material Specifications, Quality Defect Corrective Action Forms, etc.

·         Production Documents: Work Instructions, Setup Instructions, Operating Procedures.

·         Input preventative maintenance and asset records into EPAC system.

·         Takes photos of new products and maintains the image database used in all operations.

·         Creates instructions using video format where necessary.

·         Works with Engineering and Marketing in the preparation and submittal of Project Approval Requests.

 

Secondary Responsibilities

·         Process and maintain Engineering Change Requests.

·         Input and verify accuracy of Bills of Material and labor routes in MS Dynamics AX.

·         Input product shipping information into MARSHALLTOWN shipping software.

·         Publish inventory and Production productivity reports.

·         Maintain Time Study information.

·         Maintain Safety Data Sheet information.

·         Make sure permanent and recurring engineering records are maintained.

·         Other duties as needed.

 

Requirements

·         Two or four year degree. 

·         Proficient in MS Office products.

·         Ability to adapt to new technologies and software packages.

·         Attention to detail an absolute must.
