Performs functions directed towards successfully and efficiently meeting shipping goals for customer orders by providing daily direction, instructions, and training to warehouse personnel and reporting of all warehouse activities to appropriate departments / managers.

Essential Functions

•          Planning and assigning work to meet daily shipping and receiving schedules

•          Responsible for ensuring secure loading/unloading of product to prevent damage. Must report and assist in investigation of damages to product or equipment due to warehouse personnel actions.

•          Helps maintain safe and clean work environment.

•          Responsible for inspecting all incoming and outgoing vehicles before receiving or loading

•          Follow established Allergen Control Program Procedures as it applies to shipping, receiving and warehousing

•          Responsible for ensuring secure loading/unloading of product to prevent damage.  Must report and assist in investigation of damages to product or equipment due to warehouse personnel actions.

•          Maintain an accurate inventory of all finished goods in warehouse

•          Ensure all lot codes are documented and all paperwork is processed daily

•          Follows and enforces guidelines for HAZMAT shipments in accordance to IATA, FAA and DOT.

•          Enforces and maintains proper storage and identification for HAZMAT inventory.

•          Performs any additional tasks / special projects assigned by the QC manager.



•          4 year college degree preferred and/or 5 years of work experience in related field.

•          Food plant experience and knowledge of GMP is required.

•          Excellent math skills are required.

 The Mechanic will perform preventative maintenance & emergency repairs to all production machinery, striving to improve equipment reliability & glove quality, as part of the maintenance team.


Essential Job Functions:

·         Perform machine set up and repair assembly and packaging equipment.

·         Perform preventative maintenance routines on all production equipment.

·         Install, debug and stabilize plant equipment as required.

·         Assist in Production/Maintenance related assignments as needed.

·         Communicate regarding issues and problem solve with Production staff any quality and safety concerns.

·         Record maintenance data as directed by the Maintenance Manager to monitor equipment performance, i.e. work orders, time cards

·         Identify and report equipment concerns to the Maintenance Manager.

·         Participate in overtime assignments as required.

·         Provide “on call” coverage as needed.

·         Perform other various similar and related duties as required by the Manager.



·         Associates Degree in Maintenance Technology field and or equivalent Education, Experience and Training.

·         5 years experience Troubleshooting, installing and repairing Electro Mechanical Equipment.

·         2 years experience Allen Bradley PLC 5 Troubleshooting and Minor Programming.

·         1-5 years manufacturing, grain industry (flour sifter) experience preferred.

·         Through knowledge of Maintenance jargon, Maintenance Best Practices Knowledge; OSHA, safety, etc.

·         Proven ability to work in a team environment

·         Working knowledge of GMP, OSHA and Production needs.

The primary responsibility of an Intraoperative Neuromonitoring (IONM) Technologist is to collect and analyze, or to oversee the collection and analysis of multiple types of recordings and measurements of the electrical activity of the central and/or peripheral nervous system. This information allows intraoperative interventions that may reverse or minimize neurological morbidity, such as complete paralysis or loss of normal motor function. The IONM Technologist provides monitoring data effective in localizing anatomical structures and nervous system tissues, including sensorimotor cortex, mapping techniques, peripheral nerves and non-tumor tissue. The IONM Technologist is a valuable member of the IONM team along with the surgeon, anesthesiologist/anesthetist and IONM interpreting physician/neurophysiologist. The IONM Technologist's responsibilities extend to review and appropriate application of current developments in neurophysiological monitoring techniques and standards of practice.


Functions of the Neuromonitoring Technologist

1.     Application of knowledge in neuroanesthesia and its effect on neuromonitoring.

2.     Application of knowledge in anatomy and neurophysiology relative to the monitoring being performed.

3.     Knowledge and application of current practices in neuromonitoring, maintained through extensive reading of published literature and practice standards.

4.     Performance of all duties and responsibilities required for multi-modality monitoring.

5.     Maintenance of continuing education requirements by ABRET and Advanced Monitoring Services.

6.     Knowledge and practice of electrical safety relevant to equipment and type of monitoring performed.

7.     Establishment of practice policies and protocols consistent with current standards of care established by professional healthcare organizations, and appropriate regulatory bodies and government.

8.     Assessment of intraoperative procedure relative to orders for monitoring, taking action to address deviation from established practice protocols.

9.     Performance of duties according to established lab protocols for preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative procedures

10.   Responsibilities may include but are not limited to managerial duties associated with the performance of intraoperative neuromonitoring.


Personal Accountability

1.     Demonstrates knowledge of current standards of care established by professional allied health organizations and appropriate regulatory bodies and government.

2.     Reviews current literature, as appropriate for modalities of monitoring performed, and integrates relevant findings into current practices.

3.     Establishes and maintains quality control methods for all monitoring performed.



The Surgical Neuromonitorist reviews planned intraoperative procedure and orders for monitoring to determine the structures at risk relative to patient history/pre-existing conditions and monitoring requested; makes needed adjustments in monitoring by communicating with correct personnel while maintaining patient confidentiality according to facility policy and procedures; communicates with needed departments to obtain access and scheduling of patient according to facility policy and procedures; prepares equipment and supplies for required monitoring of patient according to facility policy and procedures; identifies correct patient by name, ordering surgeon, and type of procedure to be performed and communicates the monitoring plan to the patient/caregivers/family in language consistent with their ability to understand; measures and marks correct recording and stimulation sites and applies electrodes according to facility policy and procedures.


Surgical Neuromonitorist positions monitoring equipment in the operating room to ensure patient electrical safety and communicates with team members including anesthesia, surgeon, and nursing staff according to facility policy and procedures; communications directly with anesthesia team and surgeon to enhance monitoring results; discusses with surgeon baseline recordings according to facility policy and procedures; makes any needed adjustments in monitoring according to facility policy and procedures; monitors neurophysiologic central/peripheral functioning throughout the operative procedure communicating with surgeon, neurophysiologist, anesthesia team, and nursing staff as necessary according to facility policy and procedures; recognizes clinically significant events and follows facility policy and procedures regarding critical test results**; documents in surgery log throughout the monitoring process all relative communications/responses, physiological status, anesthetic adjustments, and changes in verbal responses according to facility policy and procedures; discontinues monitoring and removes all monitoring and stimulation electrodes checking sites for pre-monitoring status according to facility policy and procedures.


The Surgical Neuromonitorist provides findings, results, and a descriptive analysis according to facility policy and procedure; cleans/disinfects electrodes and equipment according to facility policy and procedures; restocks equipment and electrode supplies; prints needed documents including waveforms, neuromonitoring specialist report, and surgery log to be dictated by interpreting personnel according to facility policy and procedures; charges and logs patient according to facility policy and procedures.

The Mechanical Designer reports to a Senior Mechanical Engineer and provides technical design support to assist with the development of products, fixtures, tooling, and special machinery that will result in increasing productivity, improving reliability or enhancing product quality.  The Mechanical Designer is responsible for generating solid models for manufacturing tooling and fixtures along with detailed dimensioned drawings.  The Mechanical Designer creates mechanical drawings to support product development by conferring with engineers and reviewing sketches, descriptions, and specifications.  The Mechanical Designer also supervises the progress of new product prototypes and testing.


Qualifications of the Position Include:

•  5-10 years of relevant design experience required. 

•  Prior tool and die design experience required. 

•  Proficient in solid modeling with experience using Inventor.

•  Detailed knowledge of manufacturing processes such as die casting, machine & fabricated parts, and injection molding.

•   A two or four year technical degree is preferred.

•  Design experience from concept to completion preferred.
